Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Springdale, Arkansas — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals. Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs. Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement. Educate patients and families on health management. Utilize electronic health records for patient documentation. Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare practices. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in Arkansas with MedSurg experience. Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Experience in achieving performance targets and contributing to team goals. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team. Strong communication skills for educating patients and families. Experience in utilizing electronic health records for documentation. Demonstrated ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
