Description Join Our Team as a School-Based Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) Competitive pay up to $50 per hour based upon
experience. W-2 position. The Arc of the Ozarks Are you a

to work directly inside school environments, meeting students right
where they are and providing support in one of the most pivotal
developmental settings of their lives. Every school visit, every
breakthrough moment, every connection you build helps a child gain
confidence, independence, and the communication tools they need to
shine. What You’ll Do Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
for speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver services
on-site in schools, building relationships with students, teachers,
and the educational team Collaborate closely with families,
caregivers, educators, and other professionals Support and
supervise SLP-A Utilize evidence-based techniques to create
measurable progress Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the
Missouri DESE qualification standard Continue growing through
professional development Be available on-site two days per week
What You Bring Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Missouri SLP license ASHA CCCs ???? Experience assessing,
diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication disorders
Commitment to student-centered, school-based intervention Passion
