Parmele Law Firm is seeking a full-time employee to lead our sales and intakes team. We are a top 10 disability firm in the country that has recently began representing clients in Veteran's Affairs. This position will report directly to the COO and work with the existing management team to oversee our 120 employees across 16 locations. Below is more information about the requirements, qualifications and job descriptions associated with this opening.Responsibilities:Daily management and scheduling of intake team conducting over the phone new client appointments.Direct supervisor to the manager of our e-referrals team. This team is in charge of working leads to set new client appointments for our intake team.Monitor and improve processes for conducting intakes and growing new clients.Ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures while getting the most from each team member.Review performance metrics, identify staff in need of additional training and train them to our standards.Qualifications:Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Management experience strongly preferred.Displaying diplomatic demeanor and judgement skills at all times.Exceptional communication and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity, dependability, and accountability.Sales experience is strongly preferred.Benefits Offered: 401K, Dental, Life, Medical, VisionEmployment Type: Full-TimeOther Details: This position would be located in Springfield, MO or Joplin, MO. After an initial training period, we do allow for members of our management team to work a hybrid schedule that consists of 3-4 days in office and 1-2 days working from home during the week.
