Summary Job Summary The Client Service Rep Assistant provides
Administrative and Sales Support for Marketing Management Team.
Responsible for assuring prompt, informative and courteous service
to all Cox Health Plans clients. Assist with sales, education of
groups, client calls, and written inquiries regarding benefits,
claims and member eligibility. Meets deadlines as established by
the Manager and assists others within the department to meets
departmental turnaround time standards and accuracy standards.
Provides coverage for the front desk reception area as needed and
assist with broker events and administration. Job Requirements
Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Preferred: Associates Degree in a Related Field Experience
Preferred: 1-2 Years Related Experience Skills Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Able to work independently and
collaboratively in teams. Self starter.
