A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Benefits
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client onboarding and conversion process to Paycor software
suite
Act as primary client contact and establish strong working
relationships
Provide consultative input on product suite to meet clients'
business requirements
Required Qualifications:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years' client-facing experience, with implementation or
project management background preferred
Knowledge of human capital software preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with PC software and web tools
Flexibility in scheduling and ability to manage tight deadlines
