Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 2
*Remote*
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers in
handling employee relations matters
Ensure adherence to HR policies, regulatory requirements, and
standards
Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for workplace
environment improvement
Required Qualifications:
Five years' experience in general human resources at an exempt
level
Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, labor relations,
ADAAA, and leaves of absence
Experience providing high-touch customer service in a 'concierge'
style environment
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
field
HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire
