Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Helpdesk Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email or web
submits
Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user
problems
Track incidents and calls, including data entry into the
database
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-1 year's relevant experience
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Office/O365,
and SCCM
Experience with VPN troubleshooting and browser troubleshooting,
specifically Chrome
Ability to work in a team environment and remain flexible in a
changing environment
