Job Description:

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Customer Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage and consult with clients on identifying requirements pain-points
Design, build, and implement solutions using ServiceNow
Provide technical support to customers and address raised incidents

Required Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of working experience with ServiceNow or BMC
ServiceNow Certified System Admin and/or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
Experience in customizations and integrations with ServiceNow
Strong team player and ability to work independently
Understanding of Waterfall and/or Agile project management methodologies
