Location: On-Site at Corporate Office (Springfield, MO) -The -Sr. Director of Logistics -is responsible for supervising the global logistics organization including all warehousing, transportation, and logistics activities. Define the Global, Regional & Local strategy for logistics, aligned with Global Supply Chain Management and all segments of O'Reilly.Essential Job Functions:

• Direct management of all department director and managers including recruiting, goal setting, evaluation, mentoring, and discipline.
• Manage logistics support for global operations and distribution centers in partnership with our carrier and 3PL partners
• Provide strong leadership and specific direction to the global Operations team in the execution of top-level strategies, improvement priorities and the predictable delivery of other KPIs.
• Oversee all functional operations, including but not limited to: international logistics, inbound logistics, reverse logistics, LTL consolidation and carrier relations.Experience:
  • 10+ years of relevant global operations management experience is the areas of supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics leading complex global teams.
  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
