Job Description:
Summary Job Summary Under the supervision of the System Director
of Patient Experience, works closely with leadership to identify,
plan, implement, and sustain improvement strategies as it pertains
to patient experience satisfaction. Responsible for supporting the
organization in achieving and sustaining the strategic goals
specific to our service delivery expectation of providing a
consistent and high level of service to our patients, families, and
visitors. Will work with employees of all levels of the
organization, clinical and non-clinical, by providing coaching,
consultation, encouragement, and applied accountability to
influence delivery of excellent patient experiences. Job
Requirements Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business,
Healthcare, Social Science, or a related field OR 10 years'
healthcare experience Preferred: Master's Degree Related areas as
listed above Experience Required: 2 years in leadership and/or
coaching, training, and development Preferred: 3-5 years'
experience coaching evidence-based practices Skills Superior
interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with many
leaders, staff, and providers at all levels of the organization.
Excellent strategic thinking skills. Proven ability of successful
completion and sustainability of projects. Must be well organized
and have an aptitude for detail. Must be able to work
independently. Must have strong computer skills especially within
Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to present before large
groups, engage leaders, and encourage development. Ability to
manage multiple priorities, projects, and display flexibility in a
fast paced and changing work environment. Must be able and willing
to cross-train, assist fellow employees, and be an effective team
player. Demonstrated interviewing and consulting skills including
the ability to propose action with confidence and active results
through influence. Demonstrated relationship building and
credibility skills. Undeterred by challenges and barriers to change
as well as persistent and undaunted by resistance. Collaborative,
transparent, approachable, and passionate about the goal at hand.
