Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.This position is responsible for creating and entering Bill of Material (BOMs) and Routers in SAP based specification data from belt engineering. Will work with the manufacturing group setup in-house brands, sleeves and packing specifications. Backup critical processes for brand and sleeve printing and new setups and critical planning and scheduling roles. Essential Responsibilities:

• Create Bill of Materials and routers for Springfield and Fort Scott plants, warehouse, and component mixing
• Audit existing BOMs and routers for specification changes
• Restructure and adjust BOMs as needed to consume materials accurately
• Develop and maintain custom brand print program and zebra printers
• Add logos and special requirements to program for brand printing for Springfield and Fort Scott
• Update sleeve printers as needed
• Work with MDM on carton labels
• Setup miscellaneous tags and labels
• Audit overweight packs and correct as needed
• Document process code assignments and recovery calculations for new material creation.
• Monitor/Update critical system files (PSETPF and BLPACKPF)
• Monitor/Update SAP Deployment configurations for components, constructions, finished belts, bands, sets, and brands
• Monitor/Update automated BOM Routing program belts
• Monitor specs for setup errors
• Request new material loads as required
• Review cost rolls for accuracy (all belt business)
• Purchased Price Variance analysis
• Production Order Variance analysis
• Update routings to balance to correct work centers
• Review cost estimates and clear cost roll errors
• Assist accounting in budget analysis and provide explanation of variances
• Assist with material management in physical inventoryBasic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing experience of minimum ten (10) years
