Job Description:

The Operations Analyst responsibilities include maintaining a high working knowledge and act as a subject matter expert in: retail sales, business to business sales, distribution and delivery, and store operational and management procedures. Work closely with development teams to deliver solutions such as: point of sale, electronic catalog, product ordering, mobile applications, and fleet management. Day to day duties: creation, review, and approval of business and functional documentation, solicitation of field feedback, train users on new software, and perform user acceptance testing. Essential Job Functions

• Act as the liaison between the business units and technology teams, relaying information in an easy to understand manner
• Troubleshoot issues related to data or process that impacts field operations, performance and/or profitability
• Attend and participate in meetings. - Provide information/input to help ensure projects are prioritized and planned to provide maximum benefit to O'Reilly corporate and store operations.
• Regularly spend time working in O'Reilly stores to ensure that the department can accurately represent business interests
  
  Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, strong knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Must be able to learn independently.
