At Associated Electric, one of the largest electric cooperatives in the nation, opportunities to gain valuable experience and contribute new ideas in an ever-changing industry are endless.We are currently seeking applicants for a Financial Analyst in the Treasury Services department of our Accounting & Finance Division located at the Headquarters Office in Springfield, MO.This position supports the Finance and Treasury functions and is responsible for providing high-level long term financial planning, projections, and reporting. This position performs complex financial analysis and develops financial reports and presentations to communicate results to all levels of the organization, including senior management and the Board of Directors. Additionally, this position participates in the evaluation/analysis of the financial strategy of the organization.Job Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or comparable experience in a related field.
• Strong technical skills using Microsoft Dynamics GP and related programs, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Infopath) and Sharepoint.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work results.
• Ability to forge strong relationships and interact effectively with staff at all levels and across the company.
• Ability to contribute and work well and lead in team environments with a desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to communicate effectively across the organization, verbally, including in formal presentations and through written communication.
