The Financial Planning & Analysis area is seeking an analyst to support our firm's Digital function team. We are responsible for financial planning & analysis, management reporting and evolving financial planning processes.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who partners well in a collaborative manner to support our Finance and Digital area stakeholder's ability to make timely financial impacting decisions while championing financial stewardship.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develops an internal network of relationships in current function, to act as a trusted partner for stakeholders to rely on.
  • Supports annual and multi year planning process by gathering and validating data, analyzing actual and forecasted results and communicating across team.
  • Performs ad hoc financial analysis to understand and articulate the financial and economic impact of business decisions.
  • Delivers analysis and recommendations to improve performance, minimize risk, lower costs, improve investment decisions, and/or capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Prepares financial and metric reporting packages to be shared with senior leadership on recurring basis.
  • Manages multiple deliverables
  • Translates information, trends, and data into high-value, actionable insights for direct business partners
  • Develops and refine new analyses in response to business needs
  • Participates and occasionally influence cross-functional teams
  • Verbal & written presentation of analysis, as well as presentation of firm financial information and analytical insights to leadershipEducation and Experiences
    Bachelor's degree in a related fieldAdvanced Degree (MBA / MSF) / Comparable Certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred3+ years of relevant work experienceExperience in Technology or Digital financial planning is a plusSkills and Abilities:
    Creation of financial budgets, proactive cost management, and financial estimatingBrainstorm with business leaders how work could be adjusted to connect KPIs and drivers to firm financialsHelp translate and present ranges of potential outcomes based on a variety of defensible assumptionsProvide guidance around and support assumptions used by business leaders in their proposalsAbility to connect the dots to ensure processes are integratedIdentify trends and present recommendations to leadership in order to influence decision makingAbility to plan and organize efficiently and effectivelyAbility to collaborate well with associates and leadership throughout the firm, including external vendors.Strong written and verbal communicationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, including demonstrated ability to utilize pivot tables, advanced charting, advanced formulas, and conditional formattingWorking knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, OneStream or a financial planning tool is a plus
