We are currently searching for their next Production Supervisor to be based in the Springfield, MO area.This supervisor will oversee and direct all activities of manufacturing on the production floor, with the purpose of producing quality products, within costs, on schedule, and exceeding the customer's expectations. Qualifications:

• Requires a B.S. Degree in a related field, or 3 to 5 years of progressive manufacturing experience and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with management principles and practices through significant manufacturing management experience.
• Interpersonal skills to manage large workgroups.
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills to model for subordinate supervisors in dealing positively with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including computer literacy.
