Job: Production Primary Location: Marshfield , Missouri Relocation Offered: Employment Status: Full-Time Travel: Pay Grade: CLS-2 Job Title:Production WoodworkerLocation:Marshfield MOFunction:Production/OperationsFLSA Status:Hourly - Non-exemptShift2nd shift - 3:15pm to 2:00 amShift Sunday to Wednesday 4/10, overtime on Thursday/FridayPay$18.02 an hour + $2 shift differential = $20.02 an hourBenefitsProrated 2 weeks/80 hours of vacation and 24 hours sick time, 9 paid holidays, STD LTD, 401k match, medical/RX, dental, vison, life insurance and moreSign-on Bonus:Retention Bonus:$2,500 ($1,250 at 3 months + $1,250 at 9 months) Recieve $1,000 after completing one year of serviceJob Output:This position is responsible for safely producing and finishing solid and veneered wood products advanced machinery, hand tools, and sanding equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Production needs include but are not limited to customer orders, inventory, product samples, and product development prototypes. Responsible for the safety and well-being of self as well as all associates within the facility.
