Job Description:

TrustHCS is looking for energetic, goal and task oriented individuals to join our sales team!

The BDA is the first contact many prospective clients will have with the company via phone, email, and conversations at various trade shows. It may take several contacts and contact attempts before the BDA connects with the prospects and compels them to meet with a BDE. The ideal candidate will be results driven, persistent and courteous while conducting his or herself in the utmost professional manor always. The BDA will conduct:

  • Call new leads derived from lists, referrals and advertising programs
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past and identify customers within the target market
  • May conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
  • Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments
  • Use Salesforce to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the area
  • Provide feedback to others in department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs
  • Public relations/promotions
  • As required, conduct campaigns designed to raise awareness of industry topics and opportunities to participate in industry discussions or focus groups
  • At all times, exercise best efforts to update contact database with most current, accurate information
  • Assist marketing department with outbound public relations activities including social media, telephonic and email promotions
  • Establish and foster rapport, trust and credibility with prospects and clients
  • Nurture existing opportunities back into the active pipeline

    Essential Skills

    • Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring that all information is quickly and accurately logged in
    • Prepare and distribute/upload any lead reports and information as needed
    • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Detail oriented with the ability to analyze data and circumstances
    • Must be task and goal oriented
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while continuing to meet deadlines
    • Energetic and positive attitude
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Great analytical skills assessing market trends and identification of prospective client targets
    • Strong computer knowledge

      Education & Experience

      • College graduate preferred
      • Experience with telecommuting and electronic health records strongly preferred
      • 1-3 years of lead generation, inside sales, or other relevant experience
