Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist for a Call Center
position.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate information from injured employees or employers
to determine injury level
Data entry of initial claim information efficiently and
accurately
Route calls to appropriate team members and research any issues
preventing claim entry
Required Qualifications:
Medical terminology/medical office experience is helpful
Must be able to work Monday - Friday
Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial
Fast and accurate data entry skills (40+ wpm)
Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated
