Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Hospital Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating hospital-based dental care for our patients, managing schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and dental providers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate hospital appointments and surgeries for patients requiring dental care in a hospital setting. Communicate with hospital staff, dental providers, and patients to ensure all necessary arrangements are made. Manage and maintain the schedule for hospital-based dental procedures. Ensure all required documentation and pre-authorization are completed and submitted in a timely manner. Assist patients and their families with understanding the process, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure continuity of care and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and hospital procedures. Taking incoming patient calls as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical or dental office, particularly in a hospital coordination or patient care role, is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using scheduling and medical record software.
