Job Description:

A company is looking for a Support Desk Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and remote help desk services to clients, escalating when necessary
Act as a mentor and advisor for team members, assisting with escalated issues
Identify recurring issues in client environments and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of previous related experience
Current high level industry recognized certifications such as CCNA, VCP, MCSE, etc
