Job Description:

A company is looking for a Network Support Specialist Tier 2 - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone and email
Document and prioritize end user issues, escalating when necessary
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level and provide network support for client systems

Required Qualifications:

Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting networking appliances and devices
Experience working with various network vendors and Internet Service Providers
Possess Network Certifications, CCNA preferred
