Welder / Fabricator - 1st--Shift--Penmac Staffing--is seeking candidates for their--1st--Shift--Welder / Fabricator positions with--multiple, local employers in Springfield, MO. This is a Temp-to-Hire position,--our clients are looking for a full-time candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement.--The Welder / Fabricators will serve--different functions--based on the employers' needs. The ideal candidate has some--prior--Welding / Fabrication experience and--is willing to work on 1st--Shift.--Shift:--Times and Days may vary, based on employer--Pay: $16 - $18--per hour, depending on experience----Responsibilities--can include:--*Operate--/ Set Up Weld Stations, Belt--Sanders--and--Grinders------*Exposure to Heat, Cold, Noise and Fumes----*Fast-paced Environment with Moving Objects and Sharp Edges----*Will be Pushing, Pulling, Kneeling, Reaching Overhead, Grasping and Lifting up to 70 lbs.--Requirements include:--*High School Diploma or Equivalent--*Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check--*Prior Welding / Fabrication experience, preferred----About Penmac Staffing----Penmac Staffing helps companies find qualified, reliable workers for excellent job opportunities.
