Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with technical support issues via telephone, web,
and email
Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate
solutions
Ensure high-quality customer service and meet service level
agreements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or related field or
equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of customer support experience in
troubleshooting and resolving issues
Experience with Windows operating systems, IIS, and database
technologies
Ability to interpret and edit XML files
Familiarity with debugging tools/techniques and ability to work
flexible schedules
