Job Description:

A company is looking for a PT Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities:

Contact policyholders to schedule appointments for field consultants and provide assistance with installing photo-capture app
Ensure efficient appointment routes and keep work order statuses up to date
Communicate changes or updates to schedules to management and field consultants

Required Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills and ability to exceed client expectations
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
Ability to effectively respond to questions and solve technical difficulties
Ability to manage multiple projects and handle time-sensitive urgencies
