Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Care
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to provide information and education about
program features and requirements
Gather and verify demographic information, document calls, and
submit accurate reports to management
Identify and solve any issues or barriers experienced by callers
during a call campaign
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree
preferred
1+ years of customer service, data entry, or call documentation
experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Previous call center experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, and bilingual skills
are a plus
