Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Operations Associate for a
remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and oversee the establishment and transfer of new client
accounts using proprietary and third-party technology solutions
Handle cash management functions, including wire and ACH
transfers
Work with the Investment Committee and Financial Advisors to ensure
client portfolios are implemented correctly
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services operations
preferred
Experience with client operations in investment advisory, such as
ACAT and IRA distributions
Current knowledge of investment products and services
Exposure to web-based investment service delivery and
remote-delivery service models
Ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels
