JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Title
Air Dryer

Reports to

Production Supervisor

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Basic assembly of air dryer components.
• Identify serviceable vs. non serviceable parts during assembly process.
• Operation of semi-automatic equipment i.e. wash machines, ultra-sonic washers.
• Proper use of power and manual tools. i.e. impact wrenches, drills, EZ Outs, hand tools.
• Proper use of calibrated gauges, power and manual torquing devices.
• Understand and comply with all quality and safety rules, guidelines, policies and procedures. Skills and Competencies
  
• Technical Capacity

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Good mechanical skills
• Knowledge of shop tools.
• Communication Proficiency
• Organization Skills
• Time Management Supervisory Responsibility
  This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
  W ork Environment :
  The employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

  Required Education and Experience
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
