Cost Adjustment mitigates company risk and strives to aid in the accurate and timely payment of our vendors by performing manual cost adjustments as well as aiding in the development of automated cost adjustment solutions. Cost Adjustment Coordinators work from multiple high volume case queues while balancing working in a high production environment with conducting thorough case research to maintaining high-quality work standards. Skilled internal communication is also vital to maintaining active partnerships with neighboring internal departments. Successful Cost Adjustment Coordinators have a high attention to detail, seek to understand our neighboring departments and how our work affects one another, can sustain a keen sense of focus for extended periods of time, are skilled at analytical problem solving & decision making, and contribute in team discussions of work content and team practices.
