Job Description:

The Survey Clerk participates in our monthly "Rock the Call" program by posing as a retail customer on the phone and inquiring about a part. The Survey Clerk completes a survey form that rates the overall customer service experience by giving a score to each store called. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and have good verbal and written communication skills. -Essential Job Functions

• Create, develop, and maintain good customer and team member relations.
• Anonymously call O'Reilly store locations for parts and rate the team member who answers the phone on procedures that were followed.
• Complete a computerized rating or "score" card while conversing with the team member on the phone.
• File and maintain paperwork both alphabetically and numerically.
• Prepare and send You Rock awards (100% scores) to District Managers at the end of each month.
• Assemble various training material packets for store use. -Skills/Qualifications
  • Basic keyboard and data entry skills.
  • Basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills.
  • Ability to meet minimal demands for deadlines and perform under close supervision. -
  • Basic knowledge of office and PC equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. -
