We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Website Developer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide website design and support to NGA and programming language expertise for the development and maintenance of websites. What You'll Be Doing: * Contractor shall work with NGA Research and the NGA Office of Corporate Communications (OCC) on external products including information on NGA Research's websites * Contractor shall provide website design and programming language expertise for the development and maintenance of websites across various platforms, such as WordPress and SharePoint * Contractor shall use software languages including but not limited to Python and R and other services to tie tools and/or applications together into workable systems; build and maintain databases and information stores using applications including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Access, and OneNote; and transfer information among appropriate security domains using existing applications and NGA's Data Transfer Services * Contractor shall operate web content management systems, analyze, and coordinate requirements with NGA Research website custodians and users, and adjust interfaces and content to translate products, information, and data into web content for dissemination What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related IT discipline and 5+ years of related web development experience * Experience with website design and knowledge of program languages for the development and maintenance of websites across various platforms * Ability to translate products, information, and data into web content for dissemination, and design software and services to tie applications together, build and maintain databases and information stores, and transfer information among security domains * Operate web content management systems, analyze, and coordinate requirements with customers, and adjust interfaces and content Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
