Miller Management is hiring a part-time Client Services Representative to service our ever-growing non-profit client base. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with great customer service skills and a heart for serving others. Our singular mission is to serve churches and nonprofit organizations with value added accounting & administrative products and services to assist those organizations in furthering their mission.Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Process weekly and monthly accounts payable for a block of assigned clientsProcess bank deposits and bank transactions Process donor contributions Distribute internal client work for processing Assist team members when workload necessitates Assist with special projects as assignedOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Detail oriented Excellent problem solverOrganizedEnjoys multi-taskingPrioritization skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience with churches and/or nonprofits is a plusThis is a part-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of 21 hours per week, working Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation is based on education and experience.
