The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking -a Material Handler to work at our facility in Springfield, MO. - -Ideal candidates must be motivated to work -in a team-orientated, fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. - - -

Minimum Qualifications -

• Basic math, reading, and communication
• Ability to adjust to temperature changes (lower 40s to upper 90s); can be in hot/humid or cool environment depending on assigned job tasks

        We are a 24/7 facility offering both 8-hour and 10-hour shifts as well as 12-hour rotating shifts. - Work schedule is dependent on position. -

            Responsibilities -& -Duties: -
            
            Job Responsibilities:
            
            -Records kept as required on manual, computer, and other systems. -
            • Scanning accuracy to/from Distribution. -Relieves other personnel as needed. -Reports and/or corrects unsafe acts or conditions in a timely manner. -Performs other duties as assigned by Team Leader. -Must be PIV Certifiable. -Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in MES applications. -Back-up & relief support for Receiving Office, MOTC, Cheese Dock, CSR, Shock Watch duties, Order Pull, KPIP, Line Pulls, Palletizer Operations, Sanitation duties for DC positions to support 7-day operation as required by DC Leadership. -Need to be capable of performing all hourly DC positions, including but not limited to upgrade positions.
              • Accountable for the Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards to ensure compliance as it is outlined in our policies/procedures and processes.
              • Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the Springfield QRMP accountability document.
                Minimum Requirements:
                
                -Knowledge: Basic math, reading, and communication. -Working Environment: Primarily indoor; in a cooler where temperature is near 36-40 degrees; dock area is cold to hot depending on the season.
                
                Qualifications:
                
                
                • Able to acquire all PIV licenses. - 3-Wheel, 4-Wheel, 4-Wheel High, High-Reach Side-Winder, Hand Jack, Walkie Rider, Clamp Truck, Slip-Sheeter; along with additional equipment acquired at our facility meant for Distribution use.
                • Must be able to accurately perform systems such as; Matrics, SAP, MS Office, Vision Pro; along with additional systems which may be acquired for our facility.
                • Must be certified in material handling (battery changing as needed).
                  Physical Requirements: -
                  
                  
                  • Performs bending, squatting, kneeling, sorting, ascending, and descending. - Must be capable of moving up to 50 pounds and/or +50 pounds with help
                  • Holds and grips object; must possess manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment and disassemble and reassemble equipment Location(s)Springfield Plant
