Job Description:The General Laborer position will have varying duties on a day-to-day basis. They will be responsible for manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, and general support operations on location at our worksites. Jobs may require the use of hand tools, power tools, and various equipment. Additionally, we are asking that applicants have experience in mowing, landscaping, and any other exterior services.Responsibilities include:Landscaping includes mowing, edging, tree trimming, sweeping,etc.Power washing and window cleaningGradingClean-up worksites from hazardous or obsolete materialAssist carpenters, painters, or other tradespeople on-siteHandle and transport materials (e.G., cement) and equipment (e.G., drills and grinders)Use power tools and machinery (e.G., forklifts) when neededFollow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.G., digging, stacking up goods)Put up warning signs (e.G., signposts, cones) for vehicles and passersbyReport issues with equipment or unsafe conditionsRequired Skills/AbilitiesMust have a valid Driver's licenseGreat customer serviceWorks well in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExtensive knowledge of the industry (landscaping, property maintenance)Superior time management abilityAbility to work overnight 930pm to 6am, possible weekendsEducation and ExperienceGED/High School DiplomaMust have valid Driver's License, CDL A preferredBackground in property maintenance or landscaping is preferred, but not required.Benefits:Full-Time employees are eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, Long Term/Short Term Disability, Life/Voluntary Life Insurance, and 401K
