We continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual investors.This Helpdesk leader is responsible for leading a team of Training analysts and Senior Training analysts who provide the necessary training to increase the depth and breadth of knowledge of associates in the Digital Division. This leader will also be responsible for the design and development of training curricula for associates in the Digital Division. Through the use of learning strategies, adult learning theory, communication planning, evaluation/measurement and tools/technology/learning support, this leader will partner with most technology leaders and other learning communities to help support and drive technical learning and developmental impact.

The Digital Helpdesk Training Team Leader assists in the execution of department goals and objectives, is responsible for creating a training strategy, process improvements and managing multiple training programs, while mitigating risk within their area of responsibility.

What you'll do:

Produce web-based training courses, LMS curriculum set up, videos, photos and technically written documentation.Utilize learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions and to inform continuous improvement effortsEnsure successful performance of an individual team, which includes;
Associate and team performanceScheduling and allocating resourcesProviding timely performance feedback to associate and team Responsible for team and individual associate developmentInterviewing and hiring large Helpdesk training classes Administering associate quality reviewsStatistical measurement and analysis with proposed solutionsAdheres to human resource guidelines, policies, and compensation practices
Assists in the execution of department objectives and process improvement and automation projects.Lead and develop a team of Helpdesk analysts responsible for the execution of professional development and training to meet the goals and strategies of the department.Identify and assess current and future training needs based on department needs and performance goals and implement a culture of continuous learning.Enhances expertise by staying current on industry trends and innovations applicable to the department(s) functions.
What you'll need:
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity, leading a learning and development function team.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience directly related to technical support of information systems technology, with at least one to two years in a leadership capacity leading a learning and development function leading teams.In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, creative training techniques, attributes of training course effectiveness, and training measurement techniques. Includes the Kirkpatrick Model, 5 Step Instructional Design Process, Criterion Reference Testing.
    What will set you apart:
    Bachelor's degree in a training-related field, such as communication, education, or instructional design or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years training experience.Extensive knowledge of training leadership strategies and practical application in the workplace.Proficient in writing training for technical support like, printers, scanners, network, mobility, etc.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
