Customer Research Coordinator

The Customer Research Coordinator will work in collaboration to
successfully plan and execute customer research projects. The
coordinator will also serve as the primary point of contact for the
O'Reilly Voice of the Customer program.
Essential Job Functions
Curate, organize, and serve as primary contact for research, and
industry trend content requests.
Work collaboratively with third party research partners.
Coordinate marketing, ecommerce, and omnichannel customer research
initiatives across B2C and B2B websites.
Develop strategic insights for website activity and enhanced
Analyze site metrics, customer feedback, and related data to
improve the customer experience.
Prefer the position to be located in Springfield, MO.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in marketing or customer research
and/or digital ecommerce strategy.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite.
Familiarity with core concepts and tactics related to
Analytical, process-oriented, and confident in making data-driven
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational
This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
