You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented chemists. You will run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of our projects and programs. Key Responsibilities

• Design chemical processes
• Perform chemistry tests, involving use of hazardous Chemicals--
• Aid in development of manufacturing procedures
• Develop and validate quality control test methodologies
• Provide technical expertise in analytical testing
• Provide high quality and timely analysis
• Generate continuous improvement ideas YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in hard science WE VALUE
    • Some experience in field or related area
    • Basic knowledge of the field's standards and specifications
    • Previous lavatory experience
    • Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
    • Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks
    • Application of basic chemistry techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
