With access to predictive analytics and benchmark data, enterprises can now optimize territories, design the right compensation and incentive plans and accelerate attainment and optimization of sales performance. THE OPPORTUNITY As an Instructional Designer, you will partner with subject matter experts to organize, create, and complete self-paced training. You will write, edit, and recommend scripts and descriptions for curriculums, as well as use Adobe Illustrator, Camtasia 2, Google Suite, and Articulate Storyline to help create and elevate the material. You will be responsible for designing and implementing internal and external training on all Xactly products and will identify opportunities, knowledge, skill gaps, and the tools the team can leverage to uplevel training. You will organize and coordinate multiple projects at once for not only yourself, but the content team and will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and Global Customer Support to create content to help guide users through Xactly's suite of products. You will also be responsible for maintaining Xactly University's LMS platform. At Xactly, we believe everyone has a unique story to tell, and these small differences between us have a big impact. We're charged with teaching users at various levels of sales compensation knowledge from new to the compensation world to technical experts in SQL. Our team works together to ensure that our users and customers leave our classroom (in-house and virtual) feeling confident about using Xactly's products.
