A local nutritional manufacturing company is searching for a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Technician who will have core responsibilities in the preparation, production, and packaging of blend material. The ideal candidate will be able to continuously lift 50 lbs. Apply with Express today.You never pay any fees to Express!We offer Referral Bonus!https://www.ExpressPros.com/SpringfieldMOJob Requirements:* Operate all manufacturing line equipment* Prepare written manufacturing process documentation* Break down manufacturing processes to production ready operations* Improve manufacturing processes and product quality* Leading the production/manufacturing of the company products, plus the production team* Used in the production process* Assist in other manufacturing duties* Provide technical assistance with manufacturing equipment and processes* Maintain all production, process, quality and equipment records* Adhere to manufacturing schedule and complete manufacturing work orders in a timely manner* Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment necessary for production within a clean room environment* Lean manufacturing principles and techniques* Perform total manufacturing planning support* Completing production and quality logs* Operate production equipment, responsible for manufacturing and assembly of commercial aerospace components* Coordinate the manufacturing of assigned systems* Training other associates on manufacturing procedures* Understand the function of all production and process support equipment* Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records of manufacturing supplies and equipment* Maintain quality of product as outlined on product/manufacturing work instructions
