Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a
Night shift MIG/TIG Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you
will be part of the production team supporting various projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent
problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Welder Mig/Tig D Shift Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat 5p-5a Location:
Joplin, MO Pay Range: $21 per hour What's the Job? Perform TIG
welding on various materials to meet production specifications.
Inspect and assess welds for quality and compliance with standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and
efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and
resolve any issues. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
while performing welding tasks. What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of
welding experience. High School diploma or GED. Proficiency in MIG
and TIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret
blueprints and technical drawings. Strong communication skills and
