Job Description:
HelloTech is seeking motivated and tech-savvy individuals to
join our team as HelloTech Specialists. Our Specialists provide
onsite and remote technical assistance, enhancing our customers’
digital lifestyles by offering expert advice and hands-on support.
Ideal candidates will have expertise in troubleshooting, setting up
digital home systems, and providing customer-centric solutions to
technology issues. Travel to clients' homes to install,
troubleshoot, and repair devices such as computers, smart home
devices, and televisions. Provide clear, friendly, and constructive
guidance and advice to enhance customers’ everyday tech usage.
Resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level
of customer satisfaction. Educate customers on the use and benefits
of their technology to improve their user experience. Stay updated
with the latest technology trends and solutions to better serve the
customers. Work closely with the support team to document
troubleshooting processes and tech solutions. Proficiency in
resolving common IT and technical issues. Ability to set up and
configure home technology systems including wireless networks, home
theaters, and security systems. Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work
flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. CompTIA
A certified preferred. Any certifications related to networking,
such as Cisco's CCNA or CompTIA Network, are advantageous.
