Job Description:

Director of Software Engineering to lead our IT & Data Management

Develop strategic IT objectives and roadmaps aligning with
corporate goals. Lead and expand the software engineering team to
innovate and deploy robust technology solutions efficiently.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception to
deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with various stakeholders
including product teams, operations, and external vendors to ensure
cohesive technological advancements. Ensure software reliability
and scalability to support Walmart's expanding operations and
customer base. Manage budgeting for IT projects and technology
enhancements. Stay abreast of tech trends to integrate emerging
technologies where beneficial. Proven leadership in managing large
technology teams. Strong foundation in software engineering
methodologies. Expertise in cloud technologies, scalable
architectures, and agile practices. Ability to drive
cross-functional collaborations and deliver high-quality software.
