Job Description:
Walmart Inc. is seeking a skilled Principal Software Engineer in
Conversational AI to join our dynamic IT department. This
leadership position will play a crucial role in shaping the future
of interactive AI solutions across an array of Walmart's digital
interfaces, leveraging advanced technologies to drive customer
engagement and satisfaction. As a key figure at the world's leading
retail corporation, the role requires strategic vision, deep
technical expertise, and a passion for innovation in the AI
landscape. Successful candidates will spearhead the development and
implementation of sophisticated AI chatbot systems, voice
interfaces, and other conversational AI applications, ensuring they
align with business objectives and provide seamless user
experiences. Develop and implement advanced conversational AI
systems. Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects from concept
to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate
AI solutions across various digital platforms. Stay abreast of
industry trends and technological advancements in AI and machine
learning. Mentor and lead a team of AI developers and engineers.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and handling standards. Provide
technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving critical AI
system issues. Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and
neural networks. Proficiency in programming languages such as
Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with AI development frameworks
and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Solid understanding
of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Ability to design scalable and robust AI architectures. Medical
