Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - IT PMO Release Train Engineer.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the Data Platforms and Governance portfolio, ensuring successful execution of PMO methodologies
Maintain project governance processes, provide guidance to project managers, and facilitate communication channels for collaboration
Continuously assess and improve PM processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead a team of scrum masters to deliver IT initiatives


Required Qualifications:

Extensive project management experience in leading cross-functional teams on complex projects
Deep understanding of project management methodologies and associated tools
7+ years of professional experience with 3 years in project/program management, strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications, ability to collaborate with and manage vendors, and RTE certification recommended
PMP or equivalent certification preferred, experience with OnePlan capabilities highly desirable
