Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Web Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the technical roadmap for adopting new technologies
and enhancing performance
Lead, build, and manage the web development team to achieve
strategic goals
Develop effective web development strategies, processes, and
integrations for translation and localization
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience leading Web Development teams
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development and
Web Architecture
Experience with front-end frameworks, CMS solutions, and A/B
testing tools
Deep understanding of SEO, GA4, GTM, and GSC
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design, or related field preferred
