Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Specialist,
Onboarding & Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Run data migrations for customers launching with the company using
proprietary migration tools
Identify and fix customer data issues prior to import using SQL
databases, CLI tools, and spreadsheets
Communicate with customers, Onboarding Specialists, and other
stakeholders to provide status updates and expectations
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical support or support engineering
roles
Expertise in data manipulation with SQL databases, CLI tools, and
spreadsheets
Technical understanding of web applications and back-end JavaScript
or Elixir
Flexible schedule for running migrations outside of regular
business hours
Strong collaboration and communication skills
