A company is looking for a Contract Executive Recruiting Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Research and provide market intelligence to senior leadership
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand current and future openings

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
2+ years' experience in executive search and sourcing
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Previous experience recruiting in the Life Sciences Industry
Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter Advanced Search Features
