A company is looking for a Member Services Contact Center
Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training to the Contact Center team to ensure positive
customer experience
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Serve as a subject-matter expert and demonstrate operational
excellence
Qualifications:
High School / GED required, some college preferred
1-2 years of CAC experience
Prior experience in a customer service telephone queue
environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently
