Phoenix Home Care is currently seeking 2 Payroll Specialists in our Financial Services department. This is a full-time position with the possibility of Over-Time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. We offer first rate benefits that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, paid time off and much more!This position requires much attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRepresents the Financial Services Department in a professional and courteous manner.Perform daily payroll department operationsManage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timelyReconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reportsUnderstand proper taxation of employer paid benefitsPerforms other related duties and/or special projects as directed by Supervisor.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum one (1) year experience in general office setting. Previous medical office experience preferred, but not required.Past payroll experience is a preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESMust have a minimum basic knowledge of keyboarding, personal computers, and Microsoft Office (including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).Must be strong in customer serviceMust have a strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate well; both verbally and in writing.Must be reliable, have a great attitude, and possess a strong work-ethic.Must be detailed, accurate, organized and have the ability to multi-task.TO APPLY:Please submit your resume online.
