HR Coordinator What Will You Do? At SRC Logistics, we like to WIN, and have FUN doing so. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing the HR department with administrative support including activities related to the new hire experience, retention, and employee engagement activities. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates hiring and onboarding processes utilizing ADP applicant tracking system, including phone screens, interviews, and processing background and drug screensLeads new hire orientations; maintaining an adequate supply of orientation materials and preparing orientation packetsEnsures completion of all new hire onboarding processes, both electronic and paper Plans and executes employee events such as luncheons, celebrations, and engagement activitiesAdminister Let's Chat program and stay interviews to ensure employee issues are addressed timelyMaintain adequate supply of logo items for new hires and giveaways Administer the safety shoe and safety glasses reimbursement programMaintain employee files to established standardsRespond appropriately to factual employee and management inquiriesAssists in special projects as needed within the HR department Who Are We?
