Job Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of operations management experience in QSR, Fast-Casual, or Casual Dining establishments. Proven expertise in driving employee and guest satisfaction while improving financial performance. Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills. Basic business math and accounting knowledge with computer literacy and data analytics proficiency. Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, and developing team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Oversee property and equipment maintenance while coordinating facility upgrades when required. Manage profit and loss effectively, implementing cash control and reviewing financial reports. Prioritize capital expenditure requests and recommend areas for investment.
